Is there a bag drop?
Yes, there will be a bag drop area available for athletes to leave their personal belongings while they run.
Can I collect my bib number on the day?
Local runners will receive their race numbers by courier. For athletes travelling from abroad we will arrange bag pick up the morning of the race.
How much time before my race do I need to be at the start line?
We recommend our runners to be at the start area at least one hour before the race starts.
Is it possible to buy food or drinks at the start/finish area?
There will be snacks and drinks available to buy at the starting area.
Do I have to wear my race number while running?
Yes, it is necessary to wear your race number, which contains your timing chip during the race. Safety pins will be provided in your race pack to attach your race number to your t shirt.
What are the cut off times for each race?
We do not impose cut off times.
Will there be prizes?

Each race will have prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd in the age categories of 15y– 29, 30–39, 40-49, 50-59 and 60+

Will there be activities after the Race?
At the start area there will be food and drinks available, music and stands to purchase items. There will also be massage and reflexology available free of charge to athletes. Reflexology will be available before and after each race.
Do I need to be an experienced runner to participate?
No, you do not. Runners of all levels are welcome at our event. Every year we have a large number of ‘first time runners’ as well athletes who prefer to walk the courses. It is a great opportunity for people to set personal goals and enjoy the experience. All welcome!
Do I get a medal?
Yes, medals are provided for all finishers of the event, once they cross the finish line.
Are there Aid Stations for hydration and medical assistance during the race?
Yes, there are several Aid Stations throughout the course and medical assistance available. Please refer to the course maps for more details.
What do I do if I have a question on race day?
We have a large number of volunteers on the day, at the start area and throughout the course. Please feel free to approach and ask us any questions that you have.
